    • Refunds are applicable only for IT, hardware, and computing products purchased from Ralomart, within 7 days of delivery.

    • Products must pass an inspection process to confirm eligibility for refund.

    • Refunds are not applicable for digital products, including but not limited to:

      • Software

      • Digital business items

      • Other downloadable or non-tangible items.

  2. Refund & Cancellation After Shipping

    • Once shipped, refunds and cancellations are only possible if:

      • There is a defect in the product

      • There are quality issues affecting the product’s usability

    • In such cases, a refund will be processed after inspection and confirmation of the reported issue.

  3. Refund Process

    • If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original source account used for the purchase.

    • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

  4. Non-Refundable Items

    • Digital products such as software licenses, templates, and other intangible items are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  5. Cancellation Policy

    • Order cancellations for IT, hardware, and computing products can be requested before the product has been shipped.

    • Once shipped, cancellations are only possible in the case of defects or quality issues, as stated above.
